This survey is open now through May 30, 2024, and allows our community, including students, parents, PGCPS faculty and staff, and local residents, the opportunity to share their thoughts regarding qualifications for the district's next superintendent.

Prince George County School Board Welcomes Dr. Joseph Cox as PGCPS’ Acting Superintendent

Dr. Cox has most recently served as Colonial Heights Public Schools' superintendent, leading the division for nearly 20 years, including a recent stint as acting superintendent. He will begin serving as PGCPS' acting superintendent on Monday, May 6, 2024.

Each school's delegation participated in a diverse assortment of activities at this year's event, with each event staffed by student and adult volunteers, including players and coaches from the high school's football, soccer, baseball, and softball teams.
